The postholder will provide specialist pharmaceutical services to ensure the safe, effective and cost-efficient use of medicines within NHSGGC. Working across Pharmacy Services, the role delivers specialised clinical pharmacy services to a defined patient group, supports multidisciplinary teams, undertakes prescribing and medicines management, and contributes to service improvement, research and training.
