United Health Group is seeking an on-site EAP Consultant to deliver professional onsite services to a dedicated client. The role covers assessment, referrals, management consultations, training and incident response, with on-site work on Wednesdays from 09:30 to 18:00.
Work closely with HR and supervisors to support workplace wellbeing, ensure confidentiality, and provide crisis intervention. Accreditation with a recognised counselling body and strong communication skills are essential.
