Care and Support Worker - Community

Salary:
National living wage, overtime available, fuel allowance, company pension

We are expanding our business and are looking to onboard several additional members to our team. We are a family run and community driven company that has been delivering care for nearly 5 years, and now we are seeking to expand our staff to incorporate new support packages.

As a Community Care and Support worker you will be trained to support individuals in their own home to remain independent and l training will be provided.

You will be at the heart of ensuring individuals receive dignity and proper, sufficient care as directed by documentation related to their care needs. Candidates should be aware that as part of the role they will be expected to assist individual with personal care, including continence and medication delivery.
