Full job descriptionPrime Carers connects experienced, self-employed carers with families in Tunbridge Wells who want dementia support ’ll work with people who benefit from patience, predictable routines and familiar surroundings — helping them remain safe and calm in their own homes. Whether you already work across Royal Tunbridge Wells or travel to nearby towns, this is ongoing work that values continuity of care for people living with dementia.

Dementia-focused roles typically involve companionship, prompting and assisting with daily tasks, supporting established routines, gentle reassurance during difficult moments, and liaising with family where needed.
