Topline Care Solutions, a leading home care business, is looking for a caring and dedicated female Health and Support Worker to provide care and support services to our customers in their own homes. We treat our clients with respect and decency, keeping their personal information private.

• Assist clients with personal care and support services such as washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help clients with mobility, transfer, and walking as needed
• Administer medication as directed by doctors and nurses
• Provide company and emotional support to clients
• Assist with cooking and feeding when necessary
• Perform modest housework including cleaning, laundry, and changing sheets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided

• Must be in the UK and have access to a car
• Ready to start working immediately
• Capable of following care plans and working independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Kind and considerate towards clients
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
