About the Role:Hayfield offers comprehensive training and development, however, knowledge of Deafness, British Sign Language and SVQ Level 3 would be beneficial.
Lone Support Worker – SVQ 3 in social care required 2 years social care experience (shift work and sleep-overs), additional sleep over allowance (paid as worked)
Planned Rota includes day and evenings within Group Care Homes & Care at Home / Housing Support settings. All support services work together to coordinate a responsive and person-centered service.
All posts are subject to PVG Scheme / update, two written references and registration with SSSC within 3 months.
Previous experience working in social care sector would be an advantage. The ideal candidate is someone with a caring nature, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Full training and support with regards to your professional development will be provided.
