Compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist

Your set rota will involve supporting adults with mental health needs to live safely and independently in their own homes or supported living. You will provide person-centred care, emotional support, medication assistance, daily living support, meal preparation, personal care and community access, while maintaining accurate records. You will promote recovery, dignity, choice and independence, following care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies.

You will build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals, maintain confidentiality and report concerns appropriately. Previous care experience is desirable; a caring, reliable and compassionate approach is essential.
