We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to join an established domiciliary care service across three locations in Glasgow, all within approximately 30 minutes of each other. The service supports 70 adults including those with Parkinson's, dementia, and a range of complex needs. This is a hands‑on coordination role with an immediate start available.

• Coordinate care delivery across three sites for approximately 70 service users
• Conduct assessments and review meetings with service users and families
• Carry out spot checks and quality monitoring across all locations
• Develop and manage staff rotas
• Provide staff supervision and support
• Carry out general office administration and maintain accurate records
• Travel between sites as required

• Experience with in domiciliary care — essential
• Strong rota management and staff coordination skills
• Experience conducting care assessments and reviews
• Full UK driving licence — essential
• NVQ / SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards)
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Glasgow, Paisley, Rutherglen, Cambuslang, Motherwell, Hamilton, East Kilbride and surrounding areas.
