Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.
What We’re Looking ForExperience is preferred but we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

- Comfortable working independently
- Right to work in the UK (WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
- UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own car would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
