Care Home Community Lead: Inspire Teams & Residents

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Community Lead for our Residential Care Homes. You’ll lead and supervise a team of Carers and Senior Carers, delivering person-centred care that respects independence, privacy and dignity.

The role includes clinical duties such as recording observations, wound dressing, and monitoring weight and blood pressure, while building trusting relationships with residents and families.
