Role - Administrative Officer (HSCC Admin Services)
Location - GCHSCP, Health and Social Care Connect Admin Services, 100 Borron Street, Glasgow, G4 9XE
Contract Status - Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Health & Social Care Connect for the position of Administrative Officer.
At Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) our team provides administrative support across Adults and Older People, Children and Families and Homelessness.
As an Administrative Officer within Health & Social Care Connect you will manage, support and develop the business support and administrative functions within Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP).
You will be responsible for the line management of business support staff including absence management and staff supervision. Postholder will assist the Resource Manager in establishing and implementing business processes, systems and structures to support the key functions within the team.
Applicants should have previous supervisory experience; the relevant knowledge and administrative experience to fulfil this role, possess good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
These roles are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
