Support Worker
Location: Southside of Glasgow
Contract:Part time - 30 hours (Day & Night shift available) /Relief
Pay:£13.45per hour

You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team in a role that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference. We’re looking for committed and caring individuals who have great communication skills.
What You'll Do- Support individuals with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks
- Enable involvement in the local community and promote independence
- Support with making and attending health care appointments
- Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments
- Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided
- Communicate effectively with the team, family members
- Work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Manual handling
