Serco Dorset is recruiting a Functional Assessor in a Monday–Friday hybrid role. If you're a Nurse, Paramedic, OT or Physiotherapist, join a team supporting the DWP and perform PIP and WCA assessments via phone, video and face-to-face.
You will review medical evidence, write clear reports, and apply your clinical judgement with empathy to help people access the support they need. Must be registered with NMC or HCPC and ready for a 12-week training programme.
