A rapidly expanding UK medical device distributor specialising in cutting-edge surgical technologies. Recognised for clinical excellence and innovation, they have built a strong reputation across NHS and private hospitals. Following several successful product launches, the company is continuing to grow and invest in people, training, and portfolio development.
They are now seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to cover Scotland , Northeast & Ireland to lead their team of five (three sales and two clinical trainers).
The RoleA fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing medical devices organisation in a newly created Regional Sales Manager position. You will take responsibility for three sales managers and two clinical specialists and be tasked with driving growth across a surgical portfolio supplied into the NHS and wider healthcare sector.
This is a role for someone who’s hungry for that next step in their leadership journey with progression opportunities on the horizon. You will be tasked with delivering commercial results, developing your team, and expanding market share. A key part of the brief is finding someone who has minimal invasive surgical experience due to the nature of the products.
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a Medtech sales manager:
- At least 2 years’ medical/healthcare sales management experience within the NHS marketplace
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to coach, train and develop
- Knowledge of minimal invasive surgery andICS/ICB structures will enhance the application
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Basic Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 ( DOE)
- Bonus: £24,000 OTE
- Car Allowance: £700/month
