We’re looking for a Nights Support Worker to join our team at Cheddle Lodge.Cheddle Lodge is a warm, friendly and settled 13 bed home that provides person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and autism and complex physical disabilities. It’s a calm and welcoming environment, where the home thrives on the strong, supportive relationships built between residents, staff, families and carers, creating a sense of stability, trust and genuine connection in daily life.

- Can support daily routines to provide structure and stability for our residents and build meaningful relationships.

- Are willing to work flexibly to cover shifts that will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (including basic IT skills)
