Body Foot and Leg Clinic is a private healthcare practice focused on Biomechanics and Orthotics.

We are a multidisciplinary team providing services including biomechanical assessments, orthotics, medical assessment and diagnostic ultrasound, physiotherapy, sports therapy and podiatry.

Senior Administrator - Full-time, on-site role based at Body Foot and Leg Clinic in Glasgow City.

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations at the front desk, including managing appointment schedules, coordinating patient communications, and maintaining accurate records and documentation, contributing to a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.

£26,000 - 30,000 depending on experience

• Proficiency in office software, practice management systems, and digital record-keeping.
• Demonstrated administrative ability, ideally within a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Welcoming and friendly communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette, and the ability to interact effectively with patients and clinical staff.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to streamline processes, support workflow improvements, and adapt to changing clinic needs.
• Ability to handle billing, invoicing, and basic financial administration is highly beneficial.
