Night Manager; Night Crew Leader

Overview

Night Manager (Night Crew Leader) at Hotel Co 51. This position is based on a full time contract. Gross salary: £competitive. Adaptable problem solver who takes initiative to ensure guests have a great experience and can manage a team in a fast-paced service role, all while bringing the Moxy brand to life creating a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which includes high energy, a fearless do-it-yourself attitude, strong people skills, and the ability to balance hard work with great service. Clear English communication is required (additional languages a plus).

• Running the night audit and balancing the day’s business
• Prepare the hotel for the following day
• Manage the night-to-night operation of the hotel
• Provide customer service and guest relations to create positive guest experiences
• Build a team that delivers excellent service the Moxy way
• Manage Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in/out the Moxy way
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health & safety policies to work safely
• Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

• High energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
• Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
• Skilled multi-tasker who can balance hard work with great service
• Know being relaxed isn’t the same as being lazy
• Clear communicator fluent in English (other languages a plus)

• Experience with in the service industry
• Experience of team management
• Experience with a property management system such as Opera
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience of travel & travel industry
