• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
• Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts.
• Disposing of rubbish
• Organising linen laundry
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

• Kitchen experience
• Highly motivated
• Attention to detail
• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
• A good positive attitude

• £12.60 per hour
• Casual hours typically between either 4:15am - 12:45pm & 12:30pm - 9:00pm
• Shift pattern generally 3 on 3 off late & early shifts

• You must be able to provide 5 years working history, and 5 years address history
