A Receptionist provides reception services for guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check‑in through check‑out as required. You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel, creating memorable experiences for our guests and ensuring the warmest welcome while demonstrating exceptional customer service and knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.
