Senior Payroll Administrator
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000K+ DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Processing payrolls across multiple frequencies (weekly, monthly, etc)
Managing employee life-cycle changes: starters, leavers, adjustments
Administering statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP
Overseeing auto-enrolment pension submissions and compliance
Producing accurate payslips, reports, and year-end documentation
Handling client queries and liaising with HMRC professionally and promptly
Ensuring payroll processes remain fully compliant with current legislation and industry best practices

Experience:

Previous payroll bureau or Group payroll experience
Solid understanding of current UK payroll legislation
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
A proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team
