Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple regions
• Ensure compliance with regional tax laws and social security regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and produce statutory reports.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in global payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of employment and tax legislation, experience within NL and Germany would be highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
