Payroll Specialist; Global

Location: Glasgow– Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist looking for a unique opportunity that offers flexibility and a great work-life balance? Our client – a successful and growing organisation that has recently increased their global headcount – is seeking a dedicated payroll professional to join their team.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls, maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation, and supporting the integration of the newly acquired business.

• Process monthly payrolls accurately and on time for both UK and global teams
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and legislative requirements (tax, NI, deductions, etc.) അംഗli>
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
Support the transition and integration of the new global payroll function
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and external providers as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll queries

• Previous experience in payroll processing (multi-country experience advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to attend training in‑office and participate in regular anchor days
