You'll work with technology-led financial businesses, helping them scale teams across product, operations, and commercial functions.What you'll be doing
- Building credible relationships across the Fin Tech ecosystem, including brokerage, trading platforms, payments, and digital financial services
- Understanding how technology, regulation, and commercial growth intersect in modern financial businesses
- Delivering search-led recruitment in candidate-short, fast-moving markets
- Advising clients on talent availability, global hiring trends, and competitor landscapes
- Partnering with founders, leaders, and hiring managers during periods of scale, change, and transformation
- Delivering pace without sacrificing quality, judgement, or candidate experience
- Recruitment experience within either Fin Tech, brokerage, trading, or technology-enabled Financial Services
- Commercial curiosity and the ability to understand how Fin Tech firms make money and scale responsibly
- Confidence engaging with high-growth, technically minded stakeholders
- Experience recruiting across front-office, product, technology, operations, or risk-adjacent roles
- A proactive, research-led approach to market mapping and talent engagement
