Anderson Knight Recruitment is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can provide first-line HR support, coordinate day-to-day HR activities, and offer guidance on standard HR and employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* People Strategy & Projects:
Support HR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the colleague experience.

* Attraction, Recruitment & Onboarding:
Proactively manage recruitment activities, act as the subject matter expert for the online recruitment platform, and oversee end-to-end onboarding processes.

* Learning, Development & Performance:
Assist with performance and bonus cycles, support the annual learning plan, and deliver HR training sessions.

* Experience, Engagement & Inclusion:
Coordinate engagement surveys, wellbeing initiatives, and support recognition platforms and EDI programs.

* Policies, Process & Employee Relations:
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Maintain policies in line with best practice and legislative changes.

* Systems, Data & Reporting:
Administer HR systems, produce accurate HR metrics, and provide regular reporting.

* Leavers & Lifecycle Administration:
Manage the leaver process and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Personal Specification:

* Essential:

* Proven experience in an HR advisory role covering general HR advice, administration, recruitment, and HR systems.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional judgement.

* Ability to handle sensitive and challenging situations appropriately.

* Competent in Microsoft Office and HR software.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

* Commitment to continuous professional development
