At Gallagher, we’re recruiting for a collaborative, and results orientated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring best-in-class talent to drive our business forward.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Gallagher by sourcing and securing premier talent across our corporate functions including HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, Finance and compliance across the UK and Europe. You’ll partner with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders across the business to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while championing our values of inclusion, diversity, and excellence.
