Recruitment Administrator

Pertemps are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Recruitment Administrator. This role is based in Glasgow.

Your duties will include:

• Attracting and sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, marketing, and headhunting
• Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations
• Supporting the management of client requirements and matching suitable candidates to available roles
• Advising professional candidates on appropriate opportunities and potential career pathways
• Consulting with both candidates and clients to facilitate mutually beneficial introductions
• Providing administrative support, including CV formatting, email correspondence, and managing ongoing candidate communications
