I am supporting a Senior Manager hire into a Workforce Reward team within a leading advisory practice.

• Strong reward background (consulting or in‑house)
• Comfortable in a client‑facing advisory role
• Solid technical reward foundations + commercial mindset
• Confident leading projects and influencing stakeholders

• End‑to‑end reward strategy (UK & global)
• Coaching junior consultants & contributing commercially
