Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment- and loves delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates?

Venesky Brown is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our busy Admin & Manual Team, supporting temporary and contract recruitment across Scotland and the wider UK.

We’re a well-established recruitment partner working across Tier 1 frameworks and multiple sectors, including the Public Sector. We already support 100+ organisations, helping them secure exceptional temporary and contract talent from one-off requirements to high-volume recruitment campaigns.

You’ll join an established, experienced and highly successful team, where you’ll:

✅ Manage and grow relationships with existing clients

✅ Deliver end-to-end temp/contract recruitment solutions

✅ Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates

✅ Support onboarding and management of a growing temporary workforce

✅ Spot opportunities to introduce our services to new clients and expand our client base

✅ Be a trusted partner - responsive, proactive and solutions-focused
