Anderson Knight Recritment are currently seeking a resilient and highly organised HR Adviser to join our busy People team in a fast-paced, operational environment. This is a fully onsite role where you will be managing a high volume of ER casework and providing hands-on support to managers across the business.
This position would suit an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic setting, is confident handling complex employee relations matters, and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a high volume of employee relations cases from start to finish (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, investigations)
* Advising and coaching line managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice
* Supporting formal meetings and hearings, including note-taking where required
* Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policy
* Monitoring case progress and maintaining accurate HR records
* Supporting organisational change processes where required
* Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
* Strong experience in managing high-volume ER casework independently
* Confident working in a fast-paced, operational environment
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Resilient, pragmatic and solutions-focused
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge appropriately
* Comfortable being onsite full time and visible within the business

Additional Information / Benefits
Up to £45,000 FTE (£25200 Pro rata)
