ACCA has an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join our centralised global reward team, supporting colleagues across more than 40 countries
. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys combining data, systems and people insight to deliver fair, competitive and well-governed reward practices. We’re flexible on the location of this role within the UK.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience by ensuring our reward and benefits processes run smoothly, our data is robust, and our leaders have access to high-quality insights to support decision-making across the organisation.
Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you’ll support a wide range of reward activities including benefits administration, compensation cycles, analytics, and global reward projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Reward and Resourcing, on a day-to-day basis you will:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits including enrolments, changes and leavers.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit data for payroll and external providers.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee reward and benefits queries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support annual benefits activities such as renewals, enrolment windows and provider reviews.
- Support compensation processes including salary reviews, benchmarking and market analysis.
- Prepare, validate and analyse data for compensation and reward cycles.
- Model scenarios and provide insights to support reward decision-making.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reward reports, dashboards and analytics.
- Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll and benefits systems.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
- Support audits and governance by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to global reward projects such as benefit reviews and framework development.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience across the reward agenda including compensation, job evaluation, benefits and pensions.
- Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with data and models.
- Experience producing reports, dashboards and insights for stakeholders.
- The ability to balance priorities in a busy, global environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative working style.
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS.
