Location Hybrid role (with regular travel to our Glasgow office)

Contract Permanent, Full Time

Salary £27,500 per annum, plus lots of company benefits

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our busy HR team. We welcome applications from candidates with proven HR administration experience or those with strong general administrative backgrounds who demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

What you’ll be doing
  • Administer employee benefits (new starters, leavers, renewals, annual leave purchase scheme)
  • Process new starters and leavers, ensuring systems and documentation are updated
  • Produce contract addendums for salary, role, or working pattern changes
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll changes (starters, leavers, salary updates, overtime, allowances)
  • Respond to employee HR queries via the HR inbox
  • Support bonus administration and annual leave review processes
  • Assist with Gender Pay Gap reporting and HR audits
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records
  • Update and manage HR information on the company intranet
  • Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes

Skills required
  • Previous HR administration or strong general administration experience
  • Good understanding of HR processes and payroll administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and HR systems)
  • Clear and professional communication skills
