Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Based within our HR Team at our Glasgow Head Office, the Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in helping us to achieve our goal of recruiting, retaining and developing the best talent in the industry. As a Talent Acquisition Partner for GAP Group, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment for all roles within your assigned region, from management and sales to workshop teams including drivers and engineers.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume internal recruitment role working across GAP Group's 10 Divisions. You will be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment processes and legislation are adhered to whilst providing a positive candidate experience no matter the application outcome.
Working as a part of a high-performing team, you will build strong working relationships with hiring managers to create effective recruitment campaigns which accurately reflect the role and attract the best talent for GAP Group. You will also provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment and provide solutions for recurring recruitment problems at a local level.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment processes and legislation.
- Provide a positive candidate experience regardless of outcome.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to create effective recruitment campaigns.
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment practices.
- Provide solutions for recurring recruitment problems at a local level.
- Recent and proven experience working in a high-volume recruitment role, either from an in-house or agency environment.
- Experience of creating candidate attraction strategies and direct candidate sourcing via various online channels including Linked In.
- An effective communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of employment law and recruitment best practice.
- Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word is essential whilst previous experience using Resource Link or Talent Soft would be desirable.
