Overview

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract and help us find the best people to drive our business forward. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring every candidate has a positive experience.

This is a great opportunity to work with hiring managers, build strong relationships, and make a real impact on our recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Actively source and attract talent through a variety of channels.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
  • Share insights on market trends, salary expectations, and recruitment strategies.
  • Promote Gallagher’s employer brand and create engaging candidate materials.
  • Support inclusion and diversity initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates, keeping them informed at every stage.
  • Use data and insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and innovative hiring methods.
Qualifications
  • You’ve got experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house or through an RPO.
  • You’re skilled at sourcing talent across different business functions and levels.
  • You’ve worked across HR, Finance, Legal, or Marketing roles – this is highly desirable.
  • You’re great at building relationships and working with people at all levels.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • You’re passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.
  • You’re committed to promoting inclusion and diversity in recruitment.
  • You’ve got strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You’re eligible to work in the UK.
