We are supporting a valued client in Glasgow who is seeking a detail‑oriented and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong HR administration and data entry experience to contribute to a busy and supportive HR function.
You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, supporting transactional activities, and providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team across the employee lifecycle.
- Accurately input, update and maintain employee data within HR systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and recorded correctly.
- Manage HR inbox queries, responding promptly and escalating where appropriate.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and employee records.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
- Support payroll processes by ensuring employee data is up to date and accurate.
- Ensure all HR records and processes comply with company policies and employment legislation.
- Assist with general HR projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Proven experience in an HR Administration or similar role.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with HR systems; knowledge of iTrent would be highly advantageous.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, confidential approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
