CPR is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner in West London to provide strategic HR support across a key service area. You will implement the HR strategy, lead a team of HR Advisors, and deliver solutions in workforce planning, organisational change, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate has senior HR generalist experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage transformational change. Local Government experience is desirable. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £400 (Umbrella).
