Account Manager: Recruitment & Stakeholder Lead

• Work closely with key stakeholders within The Royal Mail group

• Build and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders up to Director level

• Ensure that our Delivery Teams achieve the contractually agreed operational service

• Travel up to 3 days per week to your sites

• Support in the achievement of contractually agreed service levels and operational requirements

• Identify opportunities to grow existing supply

• Manage the supply chain within the delivery team and external suppliers where required

• Run regular review meetings with delivery teams and stakeholders, producing appropriate MI to analyse and inform decision making

Requirements

• Extensive experience working within high-volume recruitment industries
• Demonstrable experience working with high level clients
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience in recruitment, ideally within a high-volume setting
• Experience with MI reporting, ideally using Microsoft systems including Power BI and Excel
