The Learner Acquisition Specialist will form part of the LAT (Learner Acquisition Team). The purpose of the LAT is to support employers in filling their vacancies and providing long‑term solutions to their recruitment needs. We are dedicated to delivering high‑quality services that meet both recruitment and training requirements. With a commitment to placing employers at the heart of everything we do, LAT strives to serve and support them in achieving sustainable growth.
By cultivating strong partnerships with SMEs and large employers, we aim to contribute to the ongoing success of Realise and the workforce development in the early year sector.

- Able to build rapport in a friendly manner while remaining a professional ambassador and representative of Realise at all times
- Strong organisational skills, using any methods to keep workload running efficiently and on time
- Good analytical skills, proficient in Excel spreadsheets for tracking placements, interviews, CVs submitted – providing clear and accessible data to measure against KPIs
