Regulatory Compliance Specialist
This leading global professional services firm is recruiting an Employee Relations Partner to join its team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a large, international organisation, supporting HR teams and senior stakeholders on a range of complex employee relations and employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising HR teams and business leaders on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
- Managing employment litigation, including pre-conciliation and drafting legal documentation
- Supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and consultation processes
- Coaching stakeholders and strengthening employee relations capability across the business
- Contributing to HR policy development and delivering training on employment law and best practice
Applicants should be qualified lawyers with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and significant experience in employment law, gained either in-house or in private practice. You will have proven experience working with senior stakeholders and the ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice in a complex environment.
