As many of the roles you will recruit for are onboard our vessels, experience within the maritime, marine, shipping or crewing industry would be beneficial. An understanding of maritime certification requirements, compliance standards and the unique challenges of recruiting for seagoing roles will help you quickly build credibility with stakeholders and candidates. However, we are equally interested in recruiters with transferable experience who are eager to learn about our industry.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both internal and external recruitment campaigns
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver recruitment solutions that meet business needs
• Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews and selection activities
• Ensure all recruitment activity is completed within agreed timelines and in line with relevant legislation and company processes
• Verify candidate qualifications and certification requirements where applicable
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners
• Create engaging recruitment advertising and support employer branding initiatives while identifying effective recruitment channels

You will become part of a supportive and collaborative Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about delivering excellent service to both candidates and hiring managers. Working closely with operational and business leaders across multiple locations, you'll have the opportunity to influence recruitment strategies and contribute to attracting the talent that supports our continued success.
