The Healthcare Management Trust (HMT) is seeking a People Co-ordinator on a fixed term basis to cover 12 months maternity leave. The role supports recruitment, onboarding and HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
You will work with the Senior People Advisor and People Team to maintain accurate records, run HRIS updates, and contribute to key projects and improvements, while handling confidential information with discretion.
