Glasgow (Office Based) - with free parking Salary : £32,500 - £40,000 DOE  Uncapped Monthly Commission (commission earned on every penny billed) Contract :

We've built strong foundations, developed an excellent reputation with our clients, and we're now looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join us as we continue to scale. To help you hit the ground running, you'll inherit an existing portfolio of clients and live vacancies, giving you the opportunity to start billing from day one while also building and growing your own desk. What You'll Be Doing Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development through to placement. Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Growing your own desk while managing an existing portfolio of clients. Winning new business and developing existing accounts. Working closely with the leadership team to help shape the future of the business. What We're Looking For We're less interested in where you've worked and more interested in your mindset.

MUST haves: 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience. Completed the full 360 recruitment process (Source the new business, Win the business, Source the perfect candidate, Place the perfect candidate)

What We Offer £32,500 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience. An existing client base and live vacancies to help you get up and running quickly.
