** Purpose of Role:
Lead and shape Weir's global reward strategy at a pivotal time for the business. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role provides enterprise-wide leadership across executive remuneration, compensation, benefits, mobility, equity plans, and reward governance, while driving innovation through technology, data, and AI. As a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Remuneration Committee, you will influence critical business decisions, modernize the reward experience, and ensure Weir attracts, retains, and motivates world-class talent across a complex global organization.

What You’ll Do:

Executive Reward & Remuneration Leadership:
Lead the design and governance of executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentives, share plans, and remuneration frameworks. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Remuneration Committee, ensuring reward decisions support business strategy, shareholder expectations, and long-term value creation.

Global Reward Strategy:
Shape and deliver Weir's global reward strategy across compensation, incentives, all-employee share plans, benefits, mobility, and recognition. Lead the continued development and shaping of a compelling reward proposition that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent while aligning with business priorities and performance outcomes.

Reward Transformation & Technology:
Drive the modernization of reward through data, technology, and innovation. Partner with HR Technology to enhance Workday capabilities, improve the employee experience, and explore AI-driven solutions that increase efficiency, insight, and scalability.

Reward Governance & Compliance:
Ensure all reward programs are delivered with strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Lead PLC reward reporting, statutory disclosures, and remuneration reporting while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

Benefits, Mobility & Total Rewards:
Oversee the full spectrum of total rewards, including benefits, retirement programs, global mobility, job architecture, and reward benchmarking. Develop competitive and sustainable programs that enhance employee wellbeing, support inclusion, and strengthen Weir's employee value proposition.

Leadership & Strategic Partnership:
Lead the Reward Centre of Expertise, setting direction, building capability, and establishing a high-performing advisory function. Collaborate with senior leaders across the business to influence people strategy, drive organizational performance, and position reward as a key enabler of business success.
