- Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Why join us?
- Opportunity to lead a high-performing recruitment team supporting a strategically important client.
- Blend of people leadership, client engagement and operational delivery.
- Scope to influence service innovation, continuous improvement and growth initiatives.
- Flexible hybrid working with regular client interaction.
- Be part of a collaborative, values-driven business committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, candidates and colleagues.
