Your new role

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the payroll team. he ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working with payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Analyst, you’ll support the smooth and accurate running of payroll, with a strong focus on payroll data and reporting:

  • Upload and maintain payroll and employee data, including starters, leavers and employee changes
  • Check payroll data for accuracy and help resolve discrepancies
  • Support monthly payroll processing, reconciliations and payroll checks
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for HR and Finance
  • Respond to basic employee payroll queries and elevate where needed
  • Support payroll system updates, testing and process improvements
  • Help with year-end payroll activities and maintain accurate audit records
  • Ensure employee data is handled accurately, confidentially and in line with internal policies
