TFE Hotels is seeking a People & Capability Specialist to act as the central contact for HR, payroll and administrative matters at one of our UK hotel locations. You will manage contracts, HR documentation, and data quality, while supporting recruitment, onboarding and organisational learning.
Ideal candidates bring HR administration experience, a basic understanding of employment law, and fluency in German and English to collaborate with teams and partners across our European hotels.
