We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Talent Development Partner to join their established Talent team.
Reporting to the Early Careers Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, delivery and continuous improvement of early careers and emerging talent programmes across the business. This role offers the opportunity to influence the development of future talent, ensuring graduates, apprentices, interns and placement students receive an exceptional learning and development experience.
Working closely with key stakeholders across HR and the wider business, you will help build robust talent pipelines and drive initiatives that support long-term organisational success.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery and enhancement of graduate, apprenticeship, internship and placement programmes.
- Partner with the Early Careers Manager to deliver talent development initiatives aligned to business objectives.
- Coordinate the annual cycle of attraction, recruitment, onboarding and development activities for early careers populations.
- Facilitate learning and development interventions, workshops, networking events and career development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, learning providers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for programme participants, supporting their development and engagement throughout their journey.
- Monitor programme effectiveness, engagement levels and key talent metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development and business leaders to ensure a seamless participant experience.
- Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within talent programmes.
- Contribute to talent and succession planning discussions by identifying and nurturing future talent.

- Experience with in Talent Development, Early Careers, Emerging Talent, Learning & Development or Graduate Recruitment.
- A genuine passion for developing people and creating engaging learning experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
- Experience coordinating programmes and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to analyse data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Experience with in financial services, professional services or a corporate environment would be advantageous.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 – £55,000.
