HR Business Partner

Interim HR Business Partner | Glasgow | up to 12 months - 4 days a week in the office I am supporting a leading global financial services organisation with the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner to join their Glasgow HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist ready to take the next step into an HRBP role, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced global organisation.

You'll work across the full employee lifecycle, providing trusted HR advice on employee relations, performance, absence, restructures, workforce strategy, compensation, promotions and talent matters . With year-end approaching, this is a role where you'll need to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. We're looking for: 3-5 years' HR experience in a commercial environment Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience Experience managing complex cases and performance/absence matters Good knowledge of UK employment legislation A confident, commercially minded and client-focused approach Financial services experience is desirable, but not essential If you're an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next step into an HRBP environment, I'd love to hear from you.
