Climate change Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. Human activities have been the main driver of climate change, primarily due to the burning of fossil fuels like coal, oil and gas.

Our North Advisory People & Organisations team are expanding and seeking a People & Organisations Consultant in Edinburgh or Glasgow, where you will apply knowledge of organisational transformation, people and change to deliver complex client engagements, improving the performance of organisations, assets and people through practical, implementable solutions.

You will be responsible for delivering larger and/or more complex components of projects, applying knowledge of a defined capability area (e.g. organisational development, culture & change, leadership, team effectiveness) and applying structured, evidence-based analysis to diagnose organisational challenges and derive actionable insights. You will then translate your analysis into practical recommendations that improve organisational performance and enable change.

Other aspects of the role include:

Designing and delivering organisational diagnostics, workshops and outputs grounded in recognised theory and practice.

Building and managing effective client and internal relationships to support delivery and collaboration. Contributing to proposal development, work winning and network building.

Delivering work in line with agreed scope, quality and commercial expectations and contributing to the development of methodologies, tools and capability within the People & Organisation practice.

We are seeking individuals to support delivery of business transformation outcomes through integration of people, organisation and operational considerations. You will have knowledge across two or more of:

Culture transformation & organisational change.

Team effectiveness & collaboration.

Leadership & capability.

The following qualifications and experiences are required:

Degree in relevant discipline and working towards relevant professional accreditation (e.g. CIPD, BPS).

A track record in consulting or relevant in-house roles with experience in at least two People & Organisation capability areas.

Analytical capability, including use of recognised research and data analysis approaches.
