Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant Technology Recruitment Cardiff | £35,000 - £45,000  Uncapped Commission The Technology team at Yolk is growing, and we're looking for ambitious recruiters and proven sales professionals who want the opportunity to build something. This isn't a role where you'll simply manage an established desk. We recruit across AI, Data, Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Technology Leadership, partnering with organisations ranging from high-growth scale-ups through to global consultancies and enterprise businesses. You'll join an established technology practice with access to existing client relationships, proven delivery processes, marketing support, modern recruitment technology and experienced leadership, whilst having the freedom to build a market that genuinely feels like your own.

What You'll Be Doing Running a full 360 recruitment desk from business development through to placement Developing and growing your own specialist market within technology Building long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers Winning new business and growing existing client partnerships Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarking and hiring strategy Managing recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and placement Negotiating fees, salaries and contract rates Becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen market Contributing to the continued growth of the Technology team What We're Looking For We're interested in speaking with people from two backgrounds:
Experienced Recruiters Previous recruitment experience in any sector Strong relationship-building and business development skills A track record of developing client relationships and generating revenue Ambition to build and grow your own market Sales & Business Development Professionals Strong experience in sales, business development or account management Evidence of achieving and exceeding targets Confidence engaging senior decision-makers Motivation to build a long-term career within recruitment For both backgrounds, we're looking for people who are:
