People Delivery Partner – Organisational Change & Restructuring - 6-month FTC

Glasgow | Travel required

We’re looking for an experienced People Delivery Partner to join a high-profile organisational change programme, supporting significant restructuring and operating model transformation across a large, complex organisation.

This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who enjoys being close to the action - taking strategic proposals, challenging and shaping them from a People perspective, and then owning the people activity required to bring those changes to life.

Working closely with senior leaders and the Business Strategy team, you’ll play a key role in taking organisational design and operating model proposals from concept through consultation and into implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert People/HR input into organisational design and future operating models.

• Challenging proposals constructively and ensuring they are practical, legally sound and deliverable.

• Leading end‑to‑end employee consultation activity, working with senior stakeholders and employee representatives.

• Translating agreed designs into clear people change and implementation plans.

• Developing consultation materials, organisational structures, role profiles and supporting documentation.

• Coordinating multiple restructuring work streams through to completion.

• Identifying and managing people risks, dependencies and issues.

• Working collaboratively with senior leaders, HR teams, specialist functions and wider business stakeholders.

• Providing clear updates on progress, risks, milestones and key decisions.

You’ll have a strong track record of delivering complex restructuring and organisational change, ideally within a large, multi‑site or operational environment.

You’ll bring:

• Significant experience across restructuring, organisational design and operating model implementation.

• Strong experience leading employee consultation processes.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge at senior level.

• Strong knowledge of the people and employment implications of organisational change.

• The ability to turn strategic proposals into detailed, practical delivery plans.

• Strong project/programme management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate comfortably in a fast‑moving, complex environment.

This role would suit someone who is delivery‑focused rather than purely advisory- someone who can move comfortably between senior‑level strategy discussions and the detail required to make change happen.

You’ll have significant ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to play a key role in shaping how major organisational changes are designed, consulted on and ultimately implemented.
